Exchange & Returns Policy

At Alpha Combat Industries, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase due to size, color, or model issues, you may request an exchange or return within 15 days of receiving your order. All Alpha Combat Industries products come with a 90-day limited warranty.

Return Information

Unopened Items

Unopened items can be returned within 15 days in original packaging for a full refund. Delivery charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Opened Items

Opened items must be returned in resalable condition with original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancelled Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Refused deliveries will be handled according to our standard return policy.

Change of Mind / Ordered by Mistake

Items returned due to change of mind or incorrect orders can be returned within 15 days. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Damaged Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged, contact us immediately with clear images to arrange an exchange or solution.

Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong product, contact us with images. Replacement or refund will be processed after inspection.

Hygiene Policy

For hygiene reasons, groin guards and mouth guards cannot be returned or exchanged once used.
